👁️ Products & Eye Wellness
Do blue light glasses actually work?
Yes. Blue light glasses filter the high-energy wavelengths (380–500nm) emitted by screens that cause digital eye strain, disrupt melatonin production, and lead to headaches. Most customers notice a difference in eye comfort within the first few days of wear. For sleep benefits, we recommend wearing them 1–2 hours before bed.
What's the difference between your blue light glasses models?
- Anti-Blue Light Glasses (orange/red lens) — Maximum blue light blocking, best for evening use or heavy screen time
- Clear Blue Light Protection Glasses — Subtle filtering, no color distortion, ideal for all-day wear and video calls
- Retro F114 Square Frame — Fashion-forward design with effective blue light protection for the office
What does red light therapy do?
Red light therapy uses 660nm (red) and 850nm (near-infrared) wavelengths to stimulate cellular energy production (ATP). Benefits include faster muscle recovery, improved skin collagen, reduced joint pain, and better sleep quality. Our panel is safe for daily use — 10–20 minutes per session is typical.
What are photochromic lenses?
Photochromic lenses contain UV-reactive molecules that automatically darken in sunlight and clear up indoors. They eliminate the need to switch between regular glasses and sunglasses, making them perfect for driving, cycling, or any activity where lighting changes.
Can I use the blue light glasses if I already wear prescription glasses?
Our glasses are designed as non-prescription eyewear. If you wear prescription lenses, they can be worn over contacts, or you can use them as intended for non-prescription use. For prescription integration, we recommend consulting an optician.
